Cancellation Policy.
GENERAL
White Lotus Flower customer who cancels without giving enough notice, no shows and late arrivals will be subject to our cancellation policy as listed below.
BOOKINGS
Your booking is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments can be online.
We do not reserve places in sessions without payment.
An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.
CANCELLATION REQUEST
Cancellation requests may be submitted by email or online. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.
REFUND POLICY
Refund requests for group sessions made more than 3 business days prior to the Session and Event will be refunded in full.
Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future Session or Event as a voucher.
Refund requests made between 1 and 3 business days prior to Session or Event are subject to a 50 percent administration fee.
No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of the Session or Event.
