Emotional release and renewal Sound Bath
I would like to invite you to the first Sound Bath of the autumn period, which I timed for the weekend of the Autumn Solstice, which coincides with the Full Moon.
The Pisces Full Moon brings with it the opportunity for emotional summaries and final releases, so that we can arrive at a state of renewed emotional and Divine Unity. This is the period when the work is ripe, the harvest period.
The festival of Mother Earth is also celebrated at the Autumn Solstice.
The (autumn) equinox is when light and darkness are balanced on Earth and from here darkness gradually takes over the light in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Sun enters the sign of Libra and from here we count the Astronomical Autumn.
As nature turns into darkness, the Soul also turns inward. External experiences will no longer be important, but the focus will be placed on internal experiences. The heavenly world and the inner world are opened to those who are receptive to them.
Mabon is a pagan holiday, and one of the eight Wiccan sabbats celebrated during the year. Mabon celebrates the autumnal equinox.
The name Mabon comes from the Welsh God, who was the son of the Earth Mother Goddess.
Many civilizations have celebrated a harvest festival around the equinox.
Pagans may use the apples in an apple harvest ritual that thanks the gods for the bountiful harvest. Others might perform a ritual to restore balance and harmony to their lives.

Pagans picked apples for their autumn ritual, thanking the Gods for a good harvest.
