During the Sound Bath, I use various Tibetan Healing Bowls, Gong, Wind Chimes and may other spiritual instruments in an intuitive order, which invite you to a special inner journey.

The vibration of the Sound Bowls cleanse your aura and energetic field, where it exerts its healing effect and dissolves emotional blocks and traumas.

Aura and chakra cleansing.

Where we open up the chakras and harmonise the Energetic field of the Aura from everyday stress and negativity so it will be able to receive the soothing, beneficial effect of sounds and vibrations.

Please arrived 5-10 minutes before start for setting up and bring a yoga mat and a blanket with you. (and a pillow if you want).
