About the event:

CACAO CEREMONY - What is that? We will start by warming our hearts with an ancient Mayan and Aztec ritual, which includes a small glass of cacao (included in the price). Ceremonial cacao 100% raw pure Cocoa from Peru. Cacao stimulates our blood circulation and therefore has a calming effect on us. It opens our heart chakra and puts us in a receptive, relaxed state.

I am also planning to bring different topics for each occasions, that we can meditate on, and ask the Higher Consciousness to support energetically through the Healing Bowls.

Upon arrival, all participants have the opportunity to draw a card from a card deck with spiritual messages on it can be read, thereby helping to connect more with the higher Self.

During the Sound Bath, I use various Tibetan Healing Bowls, Gong, Wind Chimes and may other spiritual instruments in an intuitive order, which invite you to a special inner journey.

The vibration of the Sound Bowls cleanse your aura and energetic field, where it exerts its healing effect and dissolves emotional blocks and traumas.

We start with aura and chakra cleansing session on the first occasion.

Where we open up the chakras and harmonise the Energetic field of the Aura from everyday stress and negativity so it will be able to receive the soothing, beneficial effect of sounds and vibrations.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the Sound Bath.

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket with you. (and a pillow if you want).
